{nap-kin}

Every once in a while, if we miss nap time, Emme will fall asleep at dinner.

Bookworms

Every night {before bed} we read one book each. Last night the girls were already reading themselves and didn't need mommy's help!

You are my {sunshines}

We are the luckiest parents alive! Two happy, healthy girls that have laughter in their souls...who could ask for anything more.

Bedtime bounce

The first time the girls shared a bed together (end to end) on the air mattress. We had to move Paytie three times so she wouldn't fall off.

...Emme surprised us all & fell off...

Popsicles

The best part of a hot sunny day is the popsicles. Ok, so they might be better eating them outside but it was so smoky we had to stay in! Payten likes to taste everyone else's as she slowly works on hers but Emme is always done hers in record time!

Hot {pink} bikes!

The girls got their first two-wheelers...without training wheels and pedals!

Twin cruise

Look out streets {and sidewalks} of Fort McMurray...the Woldanski Girls are on the prowl!

...clearly Emme has issues with Paytie's driving!

Off for a {jog}

We were getting ready for a family bike ride when {surprise}, Emme found her running shoes!

Sea caverns

On an adventure to the underworld of WEM, the girls pet stingrays, touched sea urchins and watched the penguins play.

Memories of every moment

The best thing about being a stay-at-home-mom is the daily journey. Being able to experience these everyday journeys with our girls makes each day the best of my life. It also makes me so lucky to have such a wonderfully supportive husband or I would miss these moments...

Paytie got her first wasp sting this day at the water park. She cried and I was there to soothe her pain away.

Nothing like a sisterly {hug}

There is a sign that hangs on the door of the girls' bedroom...

I smile because we are sisters.
I laugh because there is nothing you can do about it.

...so true...

She's got the {photo} bug

'Say Cheese' has become a religion in our house. Only now the voice is owned by a two year old from behind a Disney camera. The sweetest thing is that they will each pose for the other.

I've got Sunshine {her name is Emme}

To witness the milestones in our children's as parents we are astounded. The first roll-over, first time they sit up, first words, first steps, and then the big one...the first time they ride their tricycle around the house. That said, Emme has been cruising for some time now on hers...of course, Payten prefers the electric 'Barbie Jeep'.

...{one} like mother, {one} like father...
